Sales Tax
7% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.
Refunds
BabyRide.com is committed to making your purchase process as easy and as pleasurable as possible. If you want to return an item, it must be new and in the closed box with all original packaging and instructions (open box items are not returnable). BabyRide.com will accept returns within 30 days of shipment. All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee, and the original shipping costs and the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds and credits will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note: Cribs are not returnable unless they are defective.
All products including defective items are covered by the original manufacturers warranty. We are glad to assist you in attaining warranty-related service or replacement. Please see our directory of Manufacturers' Customer Service Numbers for direct contact.
Returns
Returning a product to BabyRide.com is a simple process. Just fill out our Return Authorization Form to receive instructions and a Return Authorization Code. All returns must have a Return Authorization Code and meet our policies for Returns and Refunds or they will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documents in a closed box. All Cribs are not returnable unless defective.
Refusals
If a package is refused, there will be a 10% refusal fee plus the charge for the actual shipping fee back to BabyRide.com. You will not be issued credit for the original shipping cost.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us at toll-free number (800) 721-7444. If the order has already been processed, a 10% processing fee will be incurred. In the case that the order has already shipped, please see our Return Policy.
Shipping
BabyRide.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders over $100.00 in the Continental US only. For orders under $100.00 in the Continental US, a flat fee of $6.95 will be applied for standard shipping.
For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and FPO addresses, and Canada UPS Residential Ground Shipping Rates will be applied automatically or your chosen shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the US and Canada at this time.
Most items ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and take longer.
